We warmly congratulate Jiangsu Longye Energy‑Saving Technology Co., Ltd. on successfully securing the EPC contract for four sets of eight coke oven riser‑tube waste‑heat recovery systems for Ningxia Baofeng Energy Group! This project marks a significant milestone, setting a new record for the company’s waste‑heat recovery portfolio and underscoring our robust expertise in the coking‑industry energy‑efficiency sector.

On June 4, 2026, Jiangsu Longye Energy-Saving Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Longye Technology”) entered into a strategic partnership with Ningxia Baofeng Energy Group Co., Ltd., officially signing a general contracting agreement for the waste heat recovery project from the rising pipes of four sets of eight coke ovens at its coking plant. The project will be implemented at the Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base.

Baofeng Energy Group is Ningxia’s largest private enterprise, a leading domestic chemical company, and one of the world’s largest producers of coal-to-olefins. Its coking division boasts an annual coke production capacity of 7 million tons, making it the largest single-site coking operation in China. The rising‑pipe waste‑heat recovery project undertaken by Longye Technology is a key initiative aimed at energy conservation, carbon reduction, and ultra‑low emissions. Once commissioned, it will efficiently recover saturated or superheated steam from the coke oven’s raw gas, which can then be used to heat oil‑rich streams and replace conventional waste‑heat recovery systems such as tubular furnaces for crude benzene.

This rising‑pipe waste‑heat recovery project represents a key initiative by both parties in advancing the “dual carbon” goals. It will significantly reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions in the coking process, thereby contributing to improved regional air quality and the green transformation of the coal‑chemical industry. As a high‑tech enterprise specializing in sensible‑heat recovery from coke oven off‑gas, Longye Technology has successfully commercialized China’s first industrial‑scale unit for recovering sensible heat from coke oven off‑gas. In the realm of rising‑pipe waste‑heat recovery systems, the company holds multiple core patents, including technologies for “uniform water distribution and automatic flow‑cut detection” as well as “superheated steam temperature control.” Guided by technological innovation, the company will deliver meticulous engineering design, precision‑driven services, and rigorous adherence to safety, quality, and schedule—while steadily advancing through carefully defined milestones—to establish this project as a benchmark for rising‑pipe waste‑heat recovery in the coking industry.

Jiangsu Longye Energy‑Saving Technology Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive energy‑saving and emission‑reduction service provider that integrates R&D, design, manufacturing, engineering general contracting, and operation‑and‑maintenance services. Adhering to a diversified development strategy, the company focuses on core technological areas such as riser‑tube waste‑heat recovery, high‑temperature nano‑insulation materials, and dry quenching of coke. It offers integrated solutions covering energy efficiency improvement, flue‑gas treatment, waste‑heat recovery, near‑zero wastewater discharge, solid‑waste resource utilization, and intelligent production management, helping coking enterprises achieve cost reduction, efficiency gains, and synergistic green, low‑carbon development.
