Product Description

Process flow

Application Performance of Industrial-Scale Units Benefit Analysis (Taking a 6-meter coke oven with an annual production capacity of 1.1 million tons of coke as an example)
01 Completely addresses the “four fears” of waste heat recovery systems: fear of water leakage, fear of tar deposition, fear of carbon‑black scaling, and fear of dry‑burning. Efficient recovery of waste heat generated from raw coke oven gas during the coking process is both a strategic direction and a significant potential for coking enterprises to conserve energy, build green coking operations, and achieve energy savings and emission reductions; it also represents one of the primary pathways for lowering energy consumption and enhancing operational efficiency.
02 Improve the working environment for furnace-top operators and reduce their physical workload. Economic benefits It can produce approximately 110,000 tons of saturated steam, with a static investment payback period of about 2 years.
03 Longest service life throughout the entire lifecycle Total annual profit Around 13 million
04 High steam production per ton of coke Government subsidies The national policy provides energy-saving subsidies of approximately RMB 4.5 million.
05 Intelligent control, unattended operation Social benefits It reduces thermal radiation, significantly lowers the ambient temperature in the coke oven top space, and improves the working environment for personnel at the furnace top.
06 Short construction period (online replacement of riser pipes in renovation projects) without disrupting normal coke oven operations. Energy conservation and emissions reduction This is equivalent to 11,000 tons of standard coal and a reduction of nearly 27,000 tons of carbon dioxide, demonstrating significant energy-saving and emission-reduction results.
07 Low investment and a short payback period (around 2 years) Reduce energy consumption in the coking process. The reduction in process energy consumption per ton of coke exceeds 8 to 10 kilograms of standard coal.

Coking wastewater treatment

In response to the complex composition, high pollutant concentrations, recalcitrance, and high salinity of coking wastewater, a comprehensive treatment process combining biochemical treatment, membrane separation, and evaporation‑crystallization has been implemented to achieve true zero liquid discharge—enabling water reuse while recovering and valorizing sodium chloride and sodium sulfate from the salt fraction. The biochemical treatment employs an O‑A/O‑A/O process; membrane separation utilizes a UF‑RO1‑RO2 configuration for reclaimed water and a multi‑stage NF process for salt fractionation; and evaporation‑crystallization adopts triple‑effect evaporation coupled with cryogenic cooling and re‑crystallization for salt recovery. The biochemical system primarily removes the majority of COD, ammonia nitrogen, cyanide, and other pollutants, ensuring that effluent quality fully meets regulatory standards. The membrane separation stage focuses on water recovery, producing concentrated brine suitable for subsequent evaporation‑crystallization. Finally, the evaporation‑crystallization unit enables the resourceful utilization of sodium chloride and sodium sulfate while solidifying residual salts, thereby achieving true zero liquid discharge for coking wastewater. This integrated technology offers significant advantages, including stable operation, strong resistance to shock loads, high water‑recovery efficiency, consistent salt‑product quality, and genuine zero liquid discharge.

In the desulfurization stage, a CFB fluidized‑bed process is utilized, with hydrated lime as the desulfurizing agent, effectively reducing operating costs. The system features a simple process flow, minimal water consumption, and eliminates the need for flue gas cooling or reheating. Equipment exhibits virtually no corrosion, scaling, or wastewater discharge; it occupies a small footprint, saving space, requires low capital investment, and incurs modest operating expenses. With its high adaptability, the system is suitable for diverse operating conditions and can be customized to optimize performance based on specific customer requirements, helping coking enterprises achieve ultra‑low emissions and green production.
