Release date:

2025-09-03

On September 1, 2025, Jiangsu Longye Energy-Saving Technology Co., Ltd. convened its third-quarter safety work meeting for 2025. The meeting was attended by the management teams of Longye Technology and its subsidiaries, as well as relevant personnel from engineering and operations‑maintenance departments. Executive Chairman He Jiadong, President Zou Changjiang, Vice General Manager Zhou Dengzhong, and Director of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department He Jian all attended and delivered remarks. The meeting focused on summarizing the company’s previous phase of production safety performance, analyzing the current safety landscape, assessing safety risks, assigning and reinforcing safety responsibilities, identifying potential hazards, and strengthening the foundation of safe production—laying a solid groundwork for maintaining and further stabilizing the company’s safety record.

The meeting further reaffirmed the “zero‑accident” goal for workplace safety, calling on all employees to strengthen their safety awareness, fulfill their safety responsibilities, and earnestly carry out activities to identify safety hazards and violations of rules and regulations in their immediate surroundings. The meeting explicitly emphasized the need for rigorous, meticulous management of safety work, adopting a zero‑tolerance policy toward unsafe practices and potential accident risks, and resolutely nipping all types of accidents in the bud.

   Speaking at the meeting

President Zou Changjiang provided guidance on the current phase of work, emphasizing the need to rigorously implement the “Three Controls and Three Musts” principle for workplace safety. It is imperative to strengthen preventive measures at the source, comprehensively close risk loopholes, identify potential hazards, address existing risks, and reinforce emergency preparedness, thereby resolutely eliminating all hazards, plugging every loophole, and removing all blind spots to ensure a clear understanding of the situation and accurate data. In strict accordance with the overarching requirement of “joint efforts and shared responsibility, with accountability for dereliction of duty,” all aspects of workplace safety must be pursued with diligence, meticulous attention to detail, and concrete action.

Executive Chairman He Jiadong emphasized, First, we must attach great importance to this issue and remain constantly vigilant: We once again underscore the paramount importance of workplace safety, calling on all employees to take it seriously and actively participate, keeping safety vigilance at all times and firmly upholding the safety baseline. Safety responsibilities must be assigned to specific individuals; every violation must be identified and addressed, with a zero-tolerance policy enforced.

Second, we must adopt a coordinated and collaborative approach to pool our efforts: All departments and projects are required to coordinate closely and work in tandem to strengthen the safety management system. The safety management department must further intensify its oversight and inspection efforts, conducting regular patrols and random spot checks to ensure that safety measures are rigorously implemented at every stage, thereby keeping critical areas—such as production processes, equipment maintenance, and personnel training—under effective control. At the same time, support should be provided to branch offices to implement and refine safety practices in accordance with Longye’s management requirements.

Third, ensure thorough inspections and rigorously enforce corrective measures. Safety work must eliminate formalism and ensure that every measure is effectively implemented. A systematic flight‑inspection plan should be developed, with clearly defined inspection cycles and implementation standards, to guarantee an efficient and orderly inspection process. For all issues identified during routine inspections, department heads must immediately take the lead in implementing corrective actions, formulating detailed remediation plans, setting specific timelines, and closely monitoring progress throughout the entire process. At the same time, both external partner organizations and internal departments must approach safety with the same rigorous standards and strengthen internal oversight mechanisms. In cases of inadequate or delayed rectification, accountability must be enforced strictly in accordance with applicable rules and regulations, thereby genuinely elevating the overall level of safety management.

Fourth, strengthen performance assessments and ensure accountability: Integrate safety responsibilities into the performance appraisal system. The Safety and Environmental Protection Department submits monthly safety performance evaluation reports for each department, conducting assessments across key areas such as routine hazard identification and remediation, compliance rectification, safety training, and safety management, to ensure that all departments implement and enforce safety measures effectively.

   Operation Erlongye

Safety above all else; responsibility as heavy as Mount Tai.

The convening of this safety conference further aligned the entire company around the principle of “safety first, zero accidents,” with particular emphasis on the importance and urgency of all levels of management and every unit and department in fulfilling their responsibilities for preventing workplace accidents. The meeting called on all employees to earnestly implement the spirit of the conference, launch initiatives to identify safety hazards and violations of rules and regulations in their immediate surroundings, and ensure that safety efforts are thorough, comprehensive, and effectively carried out, thereby creating a sound safety environment that supports the enterprise’s survival and sustainable development.
