November 2020 month 24 On [date], the Chinese Society for Metals convened a meeting in Beijing. “Completed jointly by Jiangsu Longye Energy-Saving Technology Co., Ltd., MCC Jiaonai (Dalian) Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., Fujian Sangang Minguang Co., Ltd., and Wuhan University of Science and Technology” Coke Oven Risers Heat Recovery System with Nanoscale Self-Cleaning Coated Heat Exchangers ” Science and Technology Achievement Evaluation Meeting. The meeting was chaired by the Secretary-General of the Chinese Society for Metals. Wang Xinjiang Host, Jiangsu Longye Energy-Saving Technology Co., Ltd. Company Chairman Meng Xiaodong, Li Chao, Deputy General Manager of MCC Jiaonai (Dalian) Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., Wu Jianhong, Director of the Coking Plant at Fujian Sangang Mingguang Co., Ltd., and Wang Shijie, Head of the Department of Chemistry at Wuhan University of Science and Technology, along with their delegation… Attended the meeting.

This evaluation meeting By Academician Yin Ruiyu of the Chinese Academy of Engineering Wang Tianyi, Director of the Evaluation Expert Committee and Director of the Expert Committee of the Chinese Society for Metals, and Cui Peijiang, President of the China Coking Industry Association, serve as Deputy Directors of the Evaluation Committee’s Expert Committee. , In addition, eight other members jointly constitute the Evaluation Expert Committee. Evaluation Expert Committee The experts listened to Jiangsu Longye Project The group reviewed the development report, user‑usage report, economic‑benefit report, and scientific‑and‑technological novelty search report, and examined the evaluation materials. Following questioning and deliberation, they ultimately formulated their expert opinion on the scientific and technological achievement.

The evaluation team’s experts on our jointly completed… Project Outcome: “Coke Oven Risers Heat Recovery System with Nanoscale Self-Cleaning Coated Heat Exchangers” It received high praise, with the project being recognized for its innovative approach that integrates industry, academia, and research. Addressing the challenges of efficiently, stably, and reliably recovering waste heat under operating conditions characterized by high temperatures, corrosive environments, and cyclical temperature fluctuations in the coke oven riser pipe—conditions that have long hindered such efforts—the project has overcome technical hurdles such as water leakage, tar deposition, and dry‑burning. Through independent development, it has pioneered a system‑level engineering solution featuring a nano‑self‑cleaning coating on the coke oven riser‑pipe heat‑exchanger, along with a complete waste‑heat recovery unit. This breakthrough enables safe, environmentally friendly, long‑life, and highly efficient operation, delivering significant energy‑saving, emission‑reducing, and economic benefits. 。 This technology has been successfully implemented at numerous coking enterprises, including Fujian Sansteel, WISCO Coking, and Shandong Iron & Steel Rizhao, with 18 units already in commercial operation, providing robust technical support for the green transformation of the coking industry.

Evaluation expert Committee Finally, a consensus was reached. , believes “Coke Oven Risers Waste Heat Recovery System with Nanoscale Self-Cleaning Coated Heat Exchangers” Project The technological achievements have reached an internationally leading level.
