This Spring Festival, the sudden outbreak of COVID‑19 has captured the hearts of hundreds of millions of Chinese people. At present, epidemic prevention and control has entered a critical phase of decisive battle. Since the onset of the pandemic, all sectors of society have responded proactively, generously donating funds and supplies. The business community, in particular, has shouldered its responsibility, providing sustained support to the fight against the virus and becoming a vital force in this effort. Jiangsu Longye, as an advanced technology enterprise in Jiangsu, has consistently stood at the forefront of relief efforts, contributing its share to the anti‑epidemic campaign.

In the face of the rapidly escalating epidemic, Jiangsu Longye responded swiftly by establishing an epidemic prevention and control task force at the earliest opportunity, implementing effective internal preventive measures while actively fulfilling its corporate social responsibilities. Under the personal direction of Meng Xiaodong, Chairman of Jiangsu Longye, the company did everything within its power to support frontline efforts, promptly donating 50,000 yuan in special funds for epidemic prevention to the Command Center for Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control in Beigang Subdistrict, Zhonglou District, Changzhou City.

Meng Xiaodong stated that, despite the severe impact of the pandemic on businesses since its onset, a socially responsible enterprise cannot focus solely on its own challenges; it must also do everything possible to contribute to the fight against the epidemic. We firmly believe that, under the strong leadership of General Secretary Xi Jinping, with the entire nation united in spirit and action, we will surely prevail at an early date in this war without smoke.
