Concerning the "Key Technology Seminar on Energy Saving and Emission Reduction of Metallurgical Coking in 2017"

In order to promote the green process of energy saving and emission reduction of metallurgical coking processes in China, and exchange ideas for new innovations in coking processes, we share experiences in the aspects of cleanliness, greenization, and intelligence of coking companies, promote the utilization of coke oven gas resources, and reduce waste gas heat The application and development of energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies such as recycling, coke oven flue gas treatment, and advanced treatment of coking wastewater, the China Metal Society and China Coking Industry Association will be held in Yingkou Bayuquan from August 29th to 31st, 2017. The National Key Workshop on Energy Saving and Emission Reduction for Metallurgical Coking in 2017” was co-organized by the China Metal Society’s Coking Chemistry Branch, the Liaoning Metal Society, and Jiangsu Longye Technology Co., Ltd., and the theme of the conference was “Energy Conservation, Green Coking ".
The meeting focused on the recovery of waste heat from waste gas risers, the treatment of coke oven flue gas desulfurization and denitrification, the advanced treatment of coking wastewater, the improvement of energy efficiency of dry quenching, the technology of coking coal moisture control, and the efficient development of coke oven gas resources. The progress and existing problems were discussed in order to further promote the energy-saving and emission reduction of the iron and steel industry and promote the development of green coking.
Iron and steel enterprises, independent coking enterprises, scientific research institutions, universities and colleges and other metallurgy scientists and thesis authors are welcome to participate in the exchange.
