2022 On April 20, a delegation comprising leaders from Zhonglou District, the Economic Development Zone, and Beigang Subdistrict visited our company for a fact-finding and guidance tour. Our Chairman, Meng Xiaodong, provided a detailed overview of the company’s current situation and reported on the measures implemented during the pandemic to manage personnel and vehicle transportation, which received high praise from all the visiting leaders.

Han Jianming, a member of the Standing Committee of the Zhonglou District Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, emphasized during his inspection that implementing closed-loop management for freight trucks and their drivers and crew is currently the top priority in epidemic prevention and control. Our district is actively coordinating economic and social development with epidemic response to achieve “dual-track progress and dual victories,” with the key lying in stabilizing industrial and supply chains and ensuring smooth freight logistics in an effective and orderly manner—requiring unwavering vigilance and no slackness whatsoever. Across the city, all levels must firmly shoulder and implement the “four-party responsibilities,” adhere to a problem‑oriented approach, strictly enforce the “3+11” health management measures for people arriving in or returning to Changzhou, and strengthen the use of venue codes. Management of freight trucks and their drivers and crew must resolutely cover the entire process in a closed loop, with local authorities assuming full responsibility, further refining relevant systems, and rigorously plugging any loopholes.
